General conditions of use of the website

I.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

1. OWNERSHIP OF THE SITE. The portal www.pescaderiascorunesas.es (here in after referred to as the ‘Website’) is owned by PESCACORUÑA, S.L. (Here in after, ‘Pescaderías Coruñesas’),with CIF B-79289799, domiciled in Madrid, Calle Juan Montalvo, 14; company registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Hoja M-M11572, Folio 184, Tomo 27837, Sección 8, Inscripción 24.

2. USE OF THE SITE AND ACCEPTANCE general. The General Conditions of Use of the Website, are intended to regulate the provision of the Users of the Website (hereinafter the 'Users', plural, and 'User' in the singular) and the information contained in the same. The condition of 'User' is acquired by the mere browsing the portal, which implies full acceptance without reservations of any kind to these Terms of Use of the Website.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
